Gov-Grade Security — Protecting All Platform Data & Media:
  • Candidate Data Privacy (RA 10173): All candidate information, exam results, and analytics are locked down with military-grade AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Even in the event of a physical server breach, all data is mathematically unreadable.
  • State & Anti-Tampering: Exam states are synced via isolated Cloudflare Edge compute. It is impossible for candidates to manipulate their scores locally, as the ultimate source of truth is cryptographically verified on our servers.
  • Anti-Leak Video Architecture: We use Cloudflare Stream with strict cryptographic Signed URLs. Videos physically cannot be right-clicked, downloaded, or screen-scraped by malicious browser extensions.
  • Self-Destructing Media Tokens: The moment a candidate's session expires, their unique video access token self-destructs. Raw video files are never exposed to the public internet.

The baseline infrastructure is architected to meet rigorous data protection and privacy standards. All sensitive candidate data and assessment results are secured using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. The platform utilizes advanced cryptographic signed URLs to prevent unauthorized media access, while Cloudflare’s global network mitigates standard web vulnerabilities.

Enterprise Alternatives Included in Standard Plans:
• Single Sign-On (SSO): Instead of relying on expensive network-level SSO, we build standard Application-Level SSO directly into the platform code. Assuming the DOT already actively uses Microsoft Azure AD (Entra ID) or Google Cloud Identity, we can seamlessly connect to it so staff can log in securely with their existing government credentials—resulting in $0 extra monthly licensing fees for SSO.
• 1-Year Audit Logs: Instead of paying for native Enterprise log retention, we implement an automated daily log export to a highly secure cold-storage bucket (R2). This guarantees a permanent, tamper-proof audit trail at a fraction of the cost.
